What about shipping and insurance of my goods?

We ship daily from Monday to Friday. Orders placed by 2:30 p.m. are usually dispatched on the same day.
All of our products are shippd from Germany as an insured DHL parcel.

How much are the shipping costs?

With each new order with delivery address in Germany, a shipping fee of € 4.90 accrues. Prices quoted include the legal betterment tax.

Is the shipping carried out abroad?

Yes, we also deliver our products to Austria (shipping costs € 9.90), to EU countries (shipping costs: € 9.90 - 13.90), non-EU countries (shipping costs: € 13.90 e.g. Switzerland, Norway, etc.) and Great Britain (shipping costs: € 14.90).

For deliveries to non-European countries or non-EU countries additional country-specific import duties, customs clearance fees if necessary, customs clearance service fees, and if necessary, import sales taxes may apply. The amount of the fees depends on the respective country of delivery.
Please inquire about these fees at your customs office on site. These charges are to be defrayed by you.
